Beam promulgated authoring standards that result in portfolio wide definitions of space, systems, and assets. These standards enable models to be cost analyzed in the context of the procurement/construction agreements, producing an overall schedule of values that is linked to all expenditures on the project. This information is being applied to planning tools to reduce risk and enhance planning collaboration for upcoming projects.
This work has also enhanced and advanced the cost segregation and sales tax analysis for these projects, enabling significantly improved cash flows and reduced property tax obligations.
